Finch Coffee Co. started with a simple idea: create the kind of coffee shop we would want in our community.
 

What began as a small mobile coffee trailer grew into our first brick-and-mortar shop in Woolmarket. From the beginning, we have tried to grow slowly and intentionally, focusing on great coffee, genuine hospitality, and building relationships with the people who walk through our doors.
 

We believe coffee shops can be more than a place to grab a drink. They can be places where people are known, conversations happen, families gather, friendships begin, and community is strengthened.

Our faith in Jesus shapes the way we want to operate Finch. It influences how we serve our guests, how we care for our team, and how we approach the community we grew up in and now get to serve.
